Twin State Technical Services was founded in 1992 by Scott and Beth Tinsman, with the purpose of serving small and medium sized businesses in the Quad City area. It was Twin State's sole mission to provide these firms with high quality, high service, affordable information technology management. Today, the Twin State Team of fifteen members has become a full-service integrated technology communications firm serving all sizes of companies, from five member offices to several hundred member firms.
