Customer portal training presented by Chris Tracy with Twin State Technical Services. This is an introduction to our new customer portal which will allow users to add tickets, monitor progress, and interact with TSTS. You can access the customer portal by going to https://support.tsts.com.
Chris Tracy will take you through login, submitting a ticket, adding detailed information, and monitoring progress on the tickets. The portal also contains a knowledge-base and support articles that can help answer any questions you might have before you need to ask them. This is a powerful system that can help your organization keep track of issues and communicate efficiently with your support technicians.
