The Gold Standard - a client testimonial
TSTS implemented a full work-from-home solution for a local legal firm, considered an essential business. A skilled network engineer prepped all equipment to ensure security and productivity. “I am extremely pleased. It was comforting to know that no matter how this went, we had options. That’s worth its weight in gold.”
Monique C. Gorsline, Attorney

If you are down, and your business has ceased operating, call your engineer/account person. Next, call the emergency cell numbers. Phone, text, or email are always an option – but in an emergency, we encourage you to follow the safest way to know your problem is identified by hearing a response from us. Please continue to escalate promptly using this list, in case someone is away from email/phone, until the request for help has been acknowledged in the affirmative. Remember, in emergencies, CALL, and escalate to the assigned emergency managers.
FIRST, call your assigned engineer or project manager.
SECOND, call the following assigned emergency manager(s) listed below.

The personnel they have provided are intelligent, friendly, and go above and go well beyond most people’s expectation of stellar customer service. I have not hesitated in recommending TSTS to any school looking into working with a consulting company.
