Providing our customers with first-class, responsive technical support is the most important thing we do at Twin State. While all of our network engineers, software engineers, web developers, and administrative staff support our customers, we also have a dedicated support Help Desk that is critical to respond quickly to our clients and manage a crisis if it happens.
In short, we will do whatever it takes to keep your systems running smoothly.
We never outsource our support. Our in-house Help Desk is highly technical, friendly, and at the center of our operations — dispatching engineers and solving issues remotely whenever possible. If you’re one of our clients, and you’re experiencing an issue with anything related to technology, they’re the first people you should call.
What do you do when your staff has basic questions about IT? Our Help Desk can assist your staff in solving simple technical problems. This is called Tier 1 Support. Some of our clients have sizable IT departments, but have us handle technical support for their staff. That way, IT staff can concentrate on solving larger issues or executing new projects instead of walking people through password resets.
We offer 24/7 remote monitoring of our systems, which can be configured to notify people of system status via SMS (text), phone, or email. During business hours, we closely monitor these systems and proactively respond to any issue.
Of course, our network engineers serve customers on site in both emergency and routine situations. We support a wide radius from our headquarters in the Quad Cities, including Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Muscatine, and other areas in Eastern Iowa and Northwestern Illinois.
