Operations Support

Austin joined Twin State in March 2022. He is a 2016 graduate from Carl Sandberg College with an associate degree in IT LAN & Security and is a 2022 graduate of St. Ambrose University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Network Administration.

Having previously worked as a Consultation Agent and an Advanced Repair Agent at a nationwide electronics store, he has experience building workstations and troubleshooting Windows and macOS.

At Twin State, Austin is the first line of defense when it comes to answering phone calls and troubleshooting tickets. He also manages customer systems, finding any issues and resolving them.

When he is not working, he loves spending time with his fiancé Elizabeth and going to music concerts. Austin is a fan of Tabletop Roleplaying games and enjoys reading comics, watching movies, and playing video games.
