Before joining Twin State, Christian served as a senior agent for Geek Squad, where he honed his technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, his role as a shift leader at Texas Roadhouse showcased exceptional leadership and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
As a pivotal member of our Operations Support Team (OST), Christian now serves as a Help Desk Technician. His responsibilities include efficiently addressing customer support inquiries, managing ticket triaging, and skillfully escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
Beyond his professional achievements, Christian knows the importance of balancing work and personal life. During his leisure time, you'll often find him enjoying the company of his adorable puppy, engaging in video games, or enjoying meals with friends.
