Dillon Van Blaricom is an Operations Support Technician who works with the OST to support our customers remotely. He joined in June of 2019.
He handles the tickets and phone calls that come through the help desk on a daily basis. Dillon is responsible for the monitoring of our in-house and customer’s equipment, as well. He also processes the orders and quotes that come across the help desk.
