Donovan Ferrel

Donovan joined Twin State in June 2023.  He attended St. Ambrose University and graduated in 2023 with a degree in computer science.

Before joining Twin State, Donovan worked as a service desk supervisor and an account specialist in the IT department at St. Ambrose University.

At Twin State, Donovan is responsible for performing tasks within the software lifecycle including discovery, programming, implementation, and maintenance.  He also ensures quality performance and customer support for all clients.

In his free time, Donovan enjoys gardening, watching movies, working with various tech hardware, and spending time with his family and friends.
