Jake Thompson

Jake joined the Twin State team in August 2020. He holds degrees from two universities. He has an associate of science degree in Network Administration from DeVry University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from North Central College.

Before joining the TSTS team, Jake was involved in multiple departments for a Grain and Lumber Company. In addition to Accounting and Inventory management, he was also the go-to person for IT issues involving workstations and service providers.

At Twin State, Jake is a network engineer with a book of clients ranging in size from small businesses with 8 employees to larger companies with 150 employees. He services all networking needs of these clients such as equipment updates, software installation, security management, etc. Jake is a “Jack of all trades” here at Twin State.

In his free time, Jake loves entertaining his family and friends. In the summer, he enjoys playing golf, partaking in any water activities, and grilling out on the deck. In the winter, his family looks forward to the Northwoods of the Midwest to enjoy snowmobiling.
