Jolene Medugno

Jolene joined Twin State in February 2023.  Jolene attended Scott Community College and graduated with an associate degree in arts in 2022. She is currently attending St. Ambrose University where she majors in Cybersecurity and will be graduating in December of 2023.

Before joining Twin State, Jolene worked a UnityPoint Health as a patient access associate, where she registered patients into the emergency room, and for appointments.

At Twin State, Jolene is responsible for assisting management and networking employees with administration tasks.  Prior to taking on this role she answered phones and assisted with tickets in an operations support role.

In her free time, Jolene likes to draw/paint, play video games, and exercise.
