Katie joined the Twin State Technical team in January 2019 and is part of the Operational Support Team. She is experienced in help desk and desktop support and skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Microsoft Word, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Documentation. She graduated from Clinton Community College with a degree in Information Technology. Currently, she is attending St. Ambrose University to earn a degree in Networking Administration. She is committed to providing the best client experience by delivering first-rate interactions.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her 2 children, playing with her dog and visiting with friends. She enjoys the local venues and entertainment, camping, fishing, and being a tourist in her own backyard.
