Lauren Olson

Network Engineer

Lauren joined the team in June 2022. She graduated from St. Ambrose University in May 2022 with a degree in Cybersecurity, with knowledge in both computer software and hardware. She previously worked as an IT Intern for a nonprofit organization in the Quad Cities.

At Twin State, Lauren works with many customers to maintain network performance, troubleshoot network problems, configure devices and connections, document systems, and more to ensure maximum performance and unbeatable service.

Away from work, Lauren enjoys cooking, camping, sitting by a fire, and spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorite activities is playing with her dog, Buck.
