Lisa joined Twin State in July 2024. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in business, majoring in Human Resources with a minor in Supply Chain Management and Marketing.
Before joining Twin State, Lisa worked as the Business Manager/HR Manager for a hospice organization. She brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, revenue cycle management, employee engagement, training and development, and exceptional customer service to Twin State.
At Twin State, Lisa focuses on accounts receivable and payable, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to an excellent work culture and enthusiastic team.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys reading investigative journalism books, sewing, crocheting, riding her Echelon bike, and spending time with her two grandkids.
