Mark joined Twin State in September 2016 as a Help Desk Technician. In this role, he acts as first-line support for customers to solve their problems remotely through phone calls or tickets and escalate them to engineers as needed. He is also responsible for administering/monitoring in-house systems such as client’s hardware monitoring, patching/AV platform, ticketing system, backup notifications, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) admin portals, and spam filter. In early 2019, the role changed to Operation Support Technician and included order processing as an added duty. Mark graduated from Western Illinois University with a B.S. in Network Technologies.
In his free time Mark enjoys playing golf, rooting for the Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Cardinals, watching tv and movies with his wife, and playing video games.
