Meet Mary Jones, our dynamic Employee Relations Specialist and people-focused mentor at Twin State! Part of our Admin Team, Mary brings her expertise in relationship building and employee development to strengthen our company culture. Armed with a Business Administration degree from Scott Community College and additional studies in Theology and Leadership from St. Ambrose University, Mary combines professional knowledge with a deep understanding of human dynamics.

Before joining Twin State, Mary made her mark as Director of Career Services at Management Resource Group, where she guided professionals at all levels through career transitions. Her multifaceted role included managing office operations and providing crucial support for executive recruitment, coaching, assessments, and HR consulting. Mary’s professional toolkit includes impressive credentials as a SHRM Certified Professional, Certified Retirement Specialist, and Certified Career Specialist.

When she’s not busy nurturing our team’s growth and development, Mary fills her life with music, especially enjoying performances by the Quad City Symphony and lending her voice to her church choir. A devoted family person, Mary and her husband love embarking on adventures – whether by air or road – to visit their two children and four beloved grandchildren across the country. She’s deeply committed to her community, serving as a board member at the local crisis pregnancy center and staying active in her church activities.
