Melissa Trenkamp

Melissa joined the Twin State team in November 2016 as a Network Engineer, but her impressive leadership skills meant she quickly became a Team Lead.

A graduate of St. Ambrose University, Melissa left SAU in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Computer Network Administration.

Melissa’s career began as a Systems Administrator at a local web-hosting company serving newspapers nationwide, where she was responsible for managing data centers in Chicago and Manhattan. She then moved into a Network Administrator role with a local manufacturing company, where she worked until joining TSTS.

Collaborating with our Sales, Software, and Web departments, Melissa strategizes and implements the best solutions for her clients. She provides IT expertise to clients in many industries, including Agriculture, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, Education, Construction, Health, Finance, and Law.

In her free time, between April and November, you can find Melissa relaxing with her family on their Mediterranean Mainship Express on the Mississippi. She enjoys entertaining family and friends on her boat and in her home, decorating for every holiday, cooking, reading, and crafting.
