Reed Sager joined our team at the Operations support in February 2019. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019 with a major in Computer Science. He is also responsible for administering/monitoring in-house systems such as client’s hardware monitoring, patching/AV platform, ticketing system, backup notifications, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) admin portals, and spam filter.
He also supports some of our smaller clients providing excellent on-site technical support.
In his free time, Reed enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, hunting, fishing, watching MMA fights, playing video games, lifting and being outside.
