Shanda joined our web team in February 2020. She is a Black Hawk College graduate with a degree in information technology and also earned certificates in PC application programming and web development.
At Twin State, Shanda builds templated websites, maintains our Google Analytics & Google Business Profiles, performs ADA accessibility scans, and creates remediation plans. She also helps with the web team ticket management in Halo, process documentation, customer training, and more to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Twin State, Shanda worked in the dental industry, where she worked for 17+ years.
In her free time, Shanda enjoys traveling, glamping, reading, basket weaving, learning new things, and spending time with her family and their miniature dachshund named Tucker.
