IF YOUR BUSINESS IS DOWN ...
If you have an emergency or your business has ceased operating, call your engineer/ account person. Next, call cell numbers below. It is always an option to telephone, text, or email – but in an emergency, we at Twin State encourage you to follow the safest way to know the problem is identified by hearing a response from us in reply. Please continue to escalate promptly using this list, in case someone is away from email/phone, until the request for help has been acknowledged in the affirmative. Remember, in emergencies, don’t email first, CALL and escalate to assigned emergency managers.
STEP ONE
FIRST, call your assigned engineer or project manager. If they don't respond promptly, proceed to step two.
STEP TWO
SECOND, call the following assigned emergency manager(s) listed below.

You may want to restart your server, modem, switch, or device that’s affected, or call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if it’s an issue with their service before escalating to off-hours support.

Listen to what school leaders have to say.
The personnel they have provided are intelligent, friendly, and go above and go well beyond most people’s expectation of stellar customer service. I have not hesitated in recommending TSTS to any school looking into working with a consulting company.
