If you have an emergency, call our main line at 563-441-1504 immediately.
PRESS 1 if you are experiencing a networking emergency or PRESS 2 for a software/web emergency.
While you can always call, text, or email in urgent situations, the best way to ensure your issue is addressed is by receiving a direct response from us. If you do not get an immediate reply, continue escalating until your request has been acknowledged in the affirmative.
Remember, in emergencies, do not email first — CALL.
