Twin State Technical Services (TSTS), a leading technology partner in the Midwest, has announced the appointment of Jeanna Schoonmaker as Executive Director of AI Strategy & Data Innovation.

Prior to joining TSTS, Schoonmaker led an enterprise AI and analytics program for a national workforce solutions company, where she built and scaled cross-functional teams spanning AI engineering, data science, and data analytics.

Schoonmaker joins AI Director Benjamin Driscoll and the TSTS AI team to build data-grounded solutions for small businesses, schools, community governments, and nonprofit organizations.

My focus is on how AI can turn data into revenue and solve business problems,” said Schoonmaker. “That’s the conversation I want to have with clients: understanding how they want to grow, then building a path where custom data and AI solutions can help get them there. I’m excited to bring that focus to TSTS and help organizations across our community put AI and data to work in ways that grow their businesses.”
Schoonmaker earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and currently resides in the QCA. She is actively involved in Pleasant Valley Choir Booster Organization and serves as the treasurer. She is also an active member of the Technology Association of Iowa, helping her stay connected to the state’s technology-based economy.
